Refund and Return Policy
At Adzinity, we are committed to providing high-quality social media advertising services that deliver value and results. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. General Policy
All payments made to Social Media Ad's Agency for digital marketing, advertising, and creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
Strategy development
Campaign setup
Ad creative design
Audience targeting and research
Media buying and budget allocation
Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial work, or early termination initiated by the client.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
If payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charges)
If services were not delivered as per the written agreement and no work has started
If a written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment and no work has begun
Once Refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 business working days
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to a help.adzinity@gmail.com with a clear explanation and proof of eligibility.
3. Ad Spend Refunds
Please note: Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc., is not managed or refunded by Social Media Ad's Agency. We do not control these third-party platforms and cannot offer refunds on behalf of them.
Clients are encouraged to contact the advertising platform directly for any ad spend disputes or issues.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide relevant documentation to the financial institution.
5. Service Adjustments
In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer:
Additional support or revisions
Credit toward future services
Adjustments to the campaign strategy
These options are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
